About Me

Connie Lancaster lives and breathes Real Estate. "Even when I go to the mountains for vacation, I spend much of my time looking at properties," says Connie, who previously had a successful 20-year career in the European automobile industry. "Real Estate has been a passion for many years."

A resident of St. Petersburg’s Historic Old Northeast, Connie especially loves dealing with historic homes, downtown condos and bungalows from Old Northeast and southern Pinellas County, as well as beach properties. She also enjoys working with second home buyers and vacation buyers. She can help with  North Carolina Real Estate, where she has a mountain home. "The House of Views," is a log home located in friendly Maggie Valley, a popular destination in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. It is currently available for vacation rental.

After years of investing in properties in St. Petersburg for herself, family and friends, Connie teamed up with a longtime friend, Cynthia Serra, and they both decided to turn passion into their profession. After several years entered Edward Sandford. As a consultant in Chicago and a master at Internet marketing for larger international companies, Ed joined the group and collectively they are known as The Platinum Group.  "With me you get three."  Clients benefit from the contributions made by each team member and their support staff.

They offer much more than is traditional because of their close associations with their team of vendors, and the ability to offer their clients knowledge and services that go far beyond the actual real estate transaction.

The partnership operates under the umbrella of Smith & Associates Real Estate, Inc. in St. Petersburg.  As associates of Tampa Bay’s largest and most respected independent Real Estate Company, they feel proud to be part of a company that has built its entire reputation on providing quality service that generations of satisfied homeowners have trusted.
